My deepest sympathies

Watching the news yesterday was such a shock....I was not expecting to see that evil that had happened first thing in the morning and first day of the week. It really makes me think. I'm so sorry for all of those people who had to be part of such a traumatic event. I'm especially sorry for the families that lost a loved one.

Trying to explain to my children WHY things like this happen is near impossible, there really are no words to describe the thought process that goes into doing things like this. All I can tell them is that they always want to be aware of their surroundings and living their life with the purpose of doing good is SO important.

My mom used to tell me that the monsters that live in this world don't look much different from you or I. That's what's so scary about them.

My deepest condolences for the city of Boston....while it shouldn't be the reason....this always reminds everyone to be a strong community and value the life and the moment, so much more.

NORTH COUNTY LISTINGS $350k & BELOW!!

I spent a little bit of time combing through some listings in the North County area.
Growing up there I was curious to see the difference between where I live now and where a lot of my friends  and family still live. I wasn't surprised at what I found. But I did find some really great deals for the area.

First time home buyer?? STAND OUT!!

I'm always working with buyer's and I can't stress enough, how important it is to
 STAND OUT...make an IMPRESSION.

There are times where the home will be a bank owned or a HUD home. However, the moments where you have the chance to meet with the seller's in person. Let them know you love there home (if you do),
talk to them about the details in the crowne moulding, paint selections, patio covers, etc...don't be afraid to ask questions. They'd be glad to volunteer information, especially if they worked hard on it. Let them know a little bit about you and your family, let them know how your a hard worker, what kind of hobbies you enjoy.
Who knows, they may like the same ones!

If you can't meet with them in person, write a heart felt letter. It DOES make a difference.
